Completion of financial accounting including creditor and debitor accounting and close cooperation with our American parent company Examination and booking of invoices Monitoring and settlement of payment transactions Support of the Mahnwesen of all industrial customers Account determination and clarification of differences Processing of travel costs and expenses Maintenance of master data You support various additional daily tasks and special projects within the framework of the accounting team up to basics in controlling Working to optimize existing accounting processes Necessary correspondence with authorities, banks and other contact persons You act as a supporting function in the preparation of the annual financial statements and in internal audits and external audits

A successfully completed commercial training well-founded, practical professional experience in accounting (international) Residential place within the Bremen or Umland region required Very good German skills (level C1) indispensable, preferably native language level Good English language skills in word and writing desirable Joy of numbers and high numerical understanding Good to very good IT skills MS-Office and, at best, Microsoft Dynamics NAV Experience in handling and possible creation of pivot tables desirable Structured, independent and responsible operation with highest reliability Solution-oriented work setting and flexibility to get involved in the small team Good communication skills
