The responsibility for the disposition and control of the service performance of the technical facility management in its own performance as well as external performance for our large customers (volume approximately 650,000 orders) is your and your team Together with the regional managers, you will ensure the achievement of the results (e.g. budget compliance, KPI seizure and increase of performance) of the technical facility management and report these results to the Account Director You implement regional and central strategies Together with your management team, you develop your own power and external power requirements as well as savings measures and ensure their implementation Your expertise is in demand when implementing and developing new systems (purchasing and disposition) Analyses and decision templates (e.g. work volumes, skill requirements or capacities) and statistics for evaluating maintenance or reactive workorders are created by you and your team

A completed technical or commercial training or University degree of economics or comparable professional qualification forms the foundation stone You look back on several years of professional experience in a comparable position Your well-founded experience in technical facility management ensures efficient, strategic and precise operational disposition Routinized handling of SAP as well as ticket/and shopping systems preferably in IBM Tririga and Coupa Management qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, team and result orientation complete your profile
