Do you want to take responsibility in an international project environment and help to ensure that naval ships are reliably operational and are economically built? Then you will find a challenging position with a lot of design space, clear responsibility and close exchange with clients, departments and suppliers throughout Europe. In this role, you control the contractually agreed services in the area of ILS and ensure that results are provided on time, in the required quality, in the agreed cost framework and are accepted by the Romanian client.

Your tasks at a glance: The central delivery items such as technical documentation, spare parts selection and cataloging, maintenance plans as well as training concepts are controlled by you and combined in terms of content. You will be supported by your European team, which will guide and coordinate you professionally. You evaluate project stands, guide action needs and ensure that risks, deviations and changes are detected and actively controlled at an early stage. Assessment reports, management documents and presentations will be prepared by you in an address-oriented manner and will be safely represented in meetings. Regular control rounds, stand-alone meetings and editorial conferences plan and moderate you with a clear focus on liability, transparency and earnings orientation. The interfaces to other disciplines in shipbuilding are actively managed by you so that dependencies become visible early and the cooperation works smoothly. In addition, you are driving forward the continuous improvement of processes, coordination paths and project transparency in the ILS environment.

Complete studies in the technical or economic field, such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, maritime technologies or business management - alternatively a comparable qualification Professional experience in complex technical projects, ideally in large military projects, in the maritime environment and/or international environment Detectional skills in project management, in particular in managing appointments, costs, quality, interfaces and project participants Knowledge of technical documentation, spare parts planning and maintenance of ships Understanding processes in shipbuilding or in comparable complex technical development and manufacturing processes Communication strength, safe occurrence in exchange with customers and suppliers International openness and experience in cooperation with different cultures, especially in the Eastern European environment readiness for a main site in Romania and readiness to travel within Europe of around 20-30 % Negotiating language skills in English, very good language skills in German are advantageous
