At the Kronberg site, we are looking for a Senior Mechanic Tool Construction / CNC Technicians (m/w/d) in the field of internal injection moulding tools: Continuous development of manufacturing strategies for the CNC milling of highly complex individual parts of different materials (steel, hardened steel, plastic, copper, etc.) and processing states (semi-finished products, surface-treated material, etc.) Self-creating CNC milling programs for 3D machining as well as tool plans in Visi (CAD program). Simulate production sequence on the screen and continuously optimize/correct programs. Prepare CNC milling machines, workpieces and tools for production: Set up programs, record zero and offset data, brushes/spans/measurements of workpiece and tools, data transmission to CNC machine Manufacture and quality assurance: manufacture and test workpieces according to CAD model and drawing. To do this, select suitable measuring and testing means, create measurement programs and perform function/final testing. Support for maintenance and repair of machine failures or malfunctions Support for continuous improvement projects and application of work systems to eliminate losses (lean manufacturing) Close cooperation with the different functions in tool construction (assembly, construction, project management) Application and implementation of all safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS You have completed vocational training as mechatronics, tool mechanics or comparable training and at least 2 years of professional training or many years of professional experience You have advanced knowledge in the development of 3D programs for CNC milling machines (ideal knowledge of CAD/CAM Software Visi) You have knowledge of the operation and processing of CNC milling machines You have experience with quality assurance standards You have analytical skills, can clearly describe problems and apply systematic approaches to problem solving. Experiences in the field of lean manufacturing are advantageous. You are responsible and have a high degree of independence and flexibility You have very good communication skills in German (mother language or at least B2) in word and writing.
