Self-assembled, operating and monitoring of Gesenkbogenbänken/Abkantpressen Finishing and cutting of sheet metal parts according to technical drawings, dimensions and manufacturing specifications Responsible quality control of the manufactured components with measuring and testing tools Conversion of suitable angular sequences taking into account material behavior and component geometry Detection, communication and correction of dimensional deviations, errors or disturbances in the manufacturing process
Completed training as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic or in a comparable metal occupation Experience of bending benches, folding presses or in industrial sheet metal processing Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings, including views, cuts and measurements Safe handling of measuring and testing devices such as sliders, angle gauges and comparable tools Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious working and willingness to work in the 2-shift system
