Team Lead Solution Engineering (m/f/d)

Team leadership with low speed: You guide a multidisciplinary team of developers at technical level and create an environment that motivates them to top performance and creative problem solving. Technical consulting in the pre-sales: You support our sales team in new customer contact by answering first technical detailed requests as needed. You are thus the first “technical face” that our customers meet and present our product as well as our vision. Responsibility for POC projects: You are responsible for the planning, organisation and monitoring of POC projects. Your team and you prove our new customers black and white that our robots also work in their markets and help them actively with the first application. Strategic Translator: You translate new requirements of our new customers into implementable short-term tasks for POC projects. Visionary Co-Design: You deliver valuable insights from the POC projects to our product management and thus support our technical road mapping. Data-driven control: You define and track KPIs to make the technical success of the POC projects measurable and to keep timelines accurate.

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification Long-standing experience in the development of complex hardware software systems, ideally in the field of robotics or with systems with diverse interfaces (hardware, software, UI) T-Shaped Technical Profile: You are a generalist with a broad technical understanding, but you have real expertise in at least one core area (e.g. robot navigation, perzeption & camera systems, cloud-based data systems, IT & network technologies). Management experience or proven technical management of projects with developers / engineers Sovereign occurrence in technical customer talks at decision-making and IT level; ideally, pre-experience in the B2B sector Embossed problem-solving competence (“Rätsellöser*in mentality”) and joy in mastering real challenges under time pressure German and English Joy of independent work in an interdisciplinary team Optional: You have already worked “behind the scenes” of stationary retailers and therefore understand the operational challenges in the markets well.
