As a Senior Consultant Commerce and Retail Media, you are the key to the design and development of the pioneering e-commerce strategies of our top advertisers. Strategic advice & design: You advise our customers on the design and development of their holistic commerce strategies, focusing on data & analytics, organic optimization and paid media. Distribution Strategies & Performance: Comprehensively, you support our customers in building, optimizing and monitoring their distribution strategies through a variety of channels, from web shops and D2C models to leading marketplaces. Customer development & growth: The identification and acquisition of potential e-commerce customers from different industries will give you pleasure, as well as sustainable customer development to secure the market leadership. Market & Competition Analysis: Detailed market and competition analyses on product and brand visibility at the digital POS are designed to derive data-based recommendations. Project Responsibility & Interdisciplinarity: Takeover of responsibility and planning for strategic and interdisciplinary projects that combine Data & Analytics, Creative, Paid Media and Organic Ability Innovation & Trendsetting: You are driving e-commerce by actively promoting innovation, new trends and developments, especially with regard to AI-based solutions.

Academic background: A completed degree with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, online marketing or comparable training forms your basis. Comprehensive expertise: In the areas of Retail Media, Marketplace Management, D2C, Social Commerce and Performance Marketing, you feel at home and understand the interplay of online and offline channels. Including professional experience: You have a similar position on relevant professional experience and control e-commerce platforms, ideally complemented by experience with structured consulting approaches. Technology & Tool Competence: In-depth know-how in e-commerce as well as the very good handling of popular project management and online marketing tools, especially in the context of Amazon, AMC and Criteo, you are characterized. Analytical Strength: You use your strong numerical and data understanding to perform detailed audits, interpret holistic reporting dashboards and advance data-based optimizations. Communication and persuasive power: With high customer orientation, strong communicative skills and presentation security, you convince in contact with people and in negotiations.
