Senior Project/Program Manager (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for strategic projects and programs with high technical, process and regulatory complexity – including in the areas of central regulation, billing, clearing and adjacent services. Control of complex, multiannual programs as well as developing clear target images, business cases, roadmaps and resilient governance structures. Close cooperation with departments such as finance, IT, operations, law/compliance and external service providers and partners leadership, coordination and coaching of project leaders, subprojects and interdisciplinary teams within the responsible programs or Projects Ensuring compliance with time, budget, quality and compliance requirements Identification, assessment and active management of risks, dependencies and target conflicts Accompanying change processes and ensuring the sustainable implementation of project results

You have several years of experience in project and program management – ideally in central regulation, financial services environment, trade or comparable complex organisations. You have already successfully managed large, professionally and organizationally demanding projects and have established practice in managing projects with strong process, IT and, if necessary, Billing cover. A recognised project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level B or PMI PMP) as well as a very good knowledge of classic and agile methods – from waterfall and V model to Scrum, SAFe and hybrid approaches – are a feature. Analytical and strategic thinking, a deep understanding of commercial processes, accounting logics and regulatory requirements, as well as a pronounced communication and moderation strength make you a sovereign Sparring partner at all hierarchical levels.
