Advice and support of our client: in all emerging regulatory and value-oriented issues Support for regulatory applications, drafting opinions on public authorities and proposals on economic optimization in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. RAMEN/Strom-/GasNEF) and commercial accounting Development and implementation of regulatory planning and controlling instruments and further financial models for energy supply assessment of companies and assets and the preparation of relevant opinions; Accompanying appropriate transactions and assessing economic adequacy Implementation of financial and, in particular, capital cost analyses for denominators and (regulatory) counters Further economic cooperation in disputes

Very well completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of economics (e.g. BWL, Finance, VWL, etc.) Embossed knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g. knowledge of FAST standard) and safe handling of further MS Office applications Ideally relevant professional experience in corporate finance or corporate assessment or regulatory management Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills (including AI tools) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. at level C1)
