Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Berlin

Central point of contact for projects when it comes to the process of the Commissioning & Acceptance The area of responsibility ranges from the early planning phase to the takeover in the operational building operation Cooperation with technical experts: from planning to commissioning and handing over all technical specifications, guidelines and standards Responsible for monitoring compliance with all technical quality standards and all relevant requirements in the course of evaluation and approval of all project results Assessment (together with competent colleagues and suppliers) of the functional capability and effectiveness of all assets and handling of commissioning, acceptance and handover to the technical service provider Identification of possibilities for improving processes, systems and technical facilities/processes

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Building Management or comparable training Multiannual relevant experiences in the field of commissioning, building technology or asset management Knowledge of building technology and electrical engineering Ideal knowledge of construction and technical commissioning German and English flowing in word and writing
