You take responsibility - you control and monitor our production, which consists of the fields of water treatment incl. Well, as well as syrup room. You are responsible for the smooth and appropriate course of production in terms of technological, machine-technical, biological and personnel, as well as compliance with the specified entrepreneurial objectives. This includes the leadership and development of your employees. You report to the Head of Filling & Production. You lead with competence and passion - You lead, motivate and develop your bottling and production team with joy and the necessary enforcement ability and shape change processes. You improve our processes - using Lean methods, You implement continuous improvements in the field of filling and production and develop them systematically. You organize - you create layer plans and are responsible for holiday planning, participate in the planning of investment projects and are also involved in cross-site working groups and projects within the Radeberger Group. You are a team player – You work closely with the adjacent areas, in particular multi-way filling, quality assurance, logistics and maintenance.

Your training – you have successfully completed master, technician or bachelor training in the field of brewing or beverage technology or have a comparable qualification.
