Stand-alone brushing, adjustment and operation of CNC machining machines in final machining. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: Selection and processing of production orders according to document planning Provision and control of tools, clamping means and measuring and testing means Measuring and setting up the tools according to tool and clamping plans Retrieval and verification of tool data, machine parameters and production programs taking into account the current revision status Operation and monitoring of robot and loading systems Production of precision parts in compliance with the requirements of the factory self-checking Implementation of measurement, visibility and quality controls during the manufacturing process Implementation of tool corrections and optimization of machining parameters as needed Documentation of order, manufacturing and personnel data in the ERP or Booking system Ensuring the supply of materials and parts as well as maintenance of production-accompanying documentation Proper archiving and recycling of tools, measuring devices and production documents after completion of the order Maintenance, cleaning and maintenance work on the machines according to maintenance plan

Complete vocational training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, machining mechanic, etc. Practical CNC knowledge Ready-to-use, team skills and a conscientious and independent way of working Willingness to work in the 2-layer system (break and late shift)
