A task that challenges. As a master:in / technician:in Information Technology / Network Technology (m/w/d), you are at the place of action. With your work on our network, you contribute to ensuring that your region is safely and reliably supplied with energy and that renewable energy plants can feed electricity. You enter and undisturbed the network technology with routers and switches, long-distance transmission devices, WiFi / WLAN access points, line technology (glass fiber and copper message cables) and other device technology in our communications networks. Continuous communication in your region is the A and O for secure network operation. You actively coordinate the construction activities of the communications networks in your region and ensure the documentation. You carry out inspections and maintenance on cables and cable end devices in substations, selective stations, administrations and customer facilities and ensure reliable communication in your region. In the operation and development of our network, we support service providers for network construction and network maintenance measures. Their organization, control and billing is one of your tasks. You help us to locate disorders (e.g. caused by storms) and quickly fix them as part of the call readiness.
