As part of an innovative university project, you will jointly design future-oriented study structures with an interdisciplinary team. The focus is on the development and systematic evaluation of flexible, hybrid and cross-disciplinary study models as part of the project ''The successful and flexible study''. The aim is to accompany students in their professional orientation and to enable individual courses of study. The tendering procedure is aimed at applicants who provide sound didactic knowledge, conceptual creativity and the ability to reflect in practice in order to improve and develop the initial phase of the study. Tasks/ objectives Development of practical concepts and flexible designed teaching-learning arrangements, which connect well-being, online and self-learning phases and which can be implemented in different faculties and anchored curricularly Cooperation with faculties, study management and central services for the coordinated implementation of concepts Design and implementation of didactic measures and organisational formats in the initial phase of study, which promote orientation and motivation of studies, prevent study breaks and strengthen the social integration of students Testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures and conceptual adaptation to evaluation results Support for the high-level training of teachers for the use of hybrid and digital formats Documentation, evaluation and preparation of project results for high-level structures and knowledge transfer
