As head of accounting, you take responsibility for a central business area and run a team of about 19 employees. You will report directly to Finance and Accounting Management and work closely with Management Board, Controlling, IT as well as the operating business units. Their main areas of responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Accounting Ensuring a timely and high-quality production of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Responsibility for accounting processes including creditor, debitor accounting, banks and asset accounting Further development and digitization of processes in accounting Active design of cross-departmental projects and SAP-based transformation projects Close cooperation with the controlling to harmonize structures, key figures and control logics Control of external service providers and cooperation with auditors and tax advisors Participation in strategic issues

Subject Successfully completed studies of economics, economics or comparable qualifications with a focus on accounting, finance or taxes Multiannual management experience in the accounting of a complex organization Finded practical knowledge of accounting and compiling annual accounts according to HGB Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems Good knowledge of tax law and external accounting Experience in change and digitization projects of advantage Strategic understanding of the interconnection of accounting, controlling and corporate management Personal You combine technical excellence with a pronounced social competence.
