Our headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover – Around 2,000 employees work here to shape the future of ROSSMANN. The Department of Health, Environment, Safety takes care of all areas of health and safety at ROSSMANN. Nine workers for occupational safety are on the move in Germany and are the first contacts for our ROSSMANN branches and specialist departments at the ROSSMANN headquarters in this role.

You serve your assigned branches in the area of South Lower Saxony, Hesse, Saxony-Anhalt and North Rhine-Westphalia in all matters relating to occupational health and safety Keep in touch with authorities and professional associations as well as external service providers They are actively involved in projects and change processes and are assisting our specialists and executives, e.g. in the development of new safety facilities. They carry out training on the subject of occupational safety and other complementary topics on the part of the branch managers and prepare the appropriate training documents for them. In addition, you support employers in the design and assessment of jobs, workflows and work environments as well as in other issues of ergonomics Last but not least, administrative activities such as the writing of risk assessments, reports and evaluations also belong to your tasks.

You have a completed training as a specialist in safety at work according to DGUV Note 2 or as a safety engineer or engineer or master In addition, you will bring several years of experience as a security specialist in retail, ideally in comparable store business They like to travel on Germany's roads and have the class B licence As an organization expert, you plan your everyday life independently.
