You are responsible for the work processes in the area of meat and sausage, from the product disposition to the supply and storage to the sale of goods and put meaningful priorities. You ensure compliance with economic indicators and carry out the inventory. With passion, you will guide your team and plan the personnel deployment.

You are trained in retail or food craft (e.g. in the field of food production or as cook or cook) or have the certificate of expertise in accordance with the food hygiene regulation. You bring goods and assortment knowledge in these areas, as well as sales experience and management to the operating counter. You understand how to think and act in business and already have experience as department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions.
