Main tasks: Establish and maintain sustainable business relationships with relevant decision-makers in defined top accounts for the biosimilar portfolio (e.g. pharmacists, buyers, doctors, controllers, administration). Development and implementation of strategic account plans based on customer potential. Development of price and conditions strategies per customer group in compliance with legal and internal requirements – in close coordination with regional sales management, market access and BU Head Biosimilars. Conduct contract and price negotiations as well as creation and maintenance of offers / contracts in Vistex (including monitoring of renewal periods). Implementation of market and competition analyses to identify opportunities/risk and derive appropriate measures. Regular reporting to management and interface functions on relevant developments in the supervised accounts – with a view to opportunities and risks for Fresenius Kabi. Coordination and close cooperation with internal interfaces in MU Germany (in particular national KAM and external clinic service) for optimal account assignment. Sub-tasks: Documentation of customer visits in the CRM, provision of validated planning/coordination information (e.g. GSIS, Vistex, SAP) as well as central document management (e.g. contract deposit). Participation in internal events (e.g. Biosimilars General Meeting) and external events (e.g. congresses, conferences).
