Management responsibility: As part of the trainee program, you will be able to get your first answer in the customer service and create a four-dimensional and value-adding operating climate based on our Elis values. Customer retention: You help to optimize our service processes and ensure that our customers are looked after as best as possible. You always keep the overview of important key figures. Process management: With your sense of responsibility, you make sure that all services are perfectly functional and that customer satisfaction is top priority. Training: You receive regular training and training to optimally prepare yourself for your position as a future manager. Interface management: You work closely with the production, fleet and technology departments to ensure a frictionless service for our customers.

Completed studies or comparable training: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of business, logistics or a comparable subject. Conscientiousness and leadership: You'd like to get word quickly and grow into a leading role – you're our leader tomorrow! First experiences in handling customers: You have already gained first experience in customer service, sales or logistics, for example as a student or intern (m/w/d).
