Pre- and post-work of the service (mise en place) Stand-alone running of a station in breakfast and lunch service Reception of guests with wardrobe service as well as assignment and support to the tables Preparation of hot drinks Cleaning (including silverware) and maintenance of equipment and premises in the restaurant and warehouse Compliance with RIVA standards
