As an employee*in Information Security & ICT Risk Management, you are responsible for the implementation and further development of information security and ICT risk management with particular focus on the requirements of DORA. You control the implementation of regulatory requirements, develop policies, processes and controls to strengthen digital operational resilience and carry out risk analysis in the area of information security and ICT.

Identification, evaluation and control of ICT risks and development and implementation of policies: Support for the Information Security Officer (ISB) / Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Risk Control Function with regard to management and monitoring of ICT risks Detection and control of ICT risks and monitoring of defined risk tolerance threshold Method responsibility of the complete ICT risk management process in coordination with the ISB Defining and regular and regulatory review of the ICT Risk Management Framework Monitoring and control of risk-reducing measures and reporting Coordination, documentation, monitoring and control of risk-reducing measures, transfer of risk analyses or assessments to ServiceNow, expert evaluation and plausibility of ICT risks Advising the departments in defining risk mitigation measures Reporting the current state of digital operational resilience on the basis of the defined key figures and organisation of reporting (ICT risk reporting) Project cooperation and communication Cooperation in projects Monitoring of internal and external audits Consulting, Information, Training Support Rules on Information Security

Membership Tariff group 9 (5.162 - 5.808 EUR/month on a full-time basis)

For organizational reasons, the place is first occupied for two years.

Complete study of (economic) computer science or comparable training with a focus on IT/information security Practical current experience in information security, ideally in the banking environment Good knowledge of the standards and best practices of information security (e.g. ISO 2700x and DORA) Good conceptual knowledge of regulatory requirements Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence High level of readiness and responsibility Very good contact and communication skills in the German language Safe, convincing appearance and pronounced enforcement
