Assistant - Production Manager (m/w/d)

We – Ritter, part of Avantor - is looking for an assistant - production manager (m/w/d).

Support production in administrative matters and holding close contact with the production line. You are responsible for organizing meetings and training as well as supporting production planning. If necessary, you will also independently take over smaller projects in the field of production management.

Your tasks: Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the area (5S) Compliance with statutory regulations (e.g. working time, health, environmental protection) and operational work and procedural instructions as well as occupational safety regulations Support and administration and ordering of production-relevant materials (e.g. workwear) Organisation and planning of training for production staff (including work safety training) Planning and implementation of travel management including cost control Document management and creation of work instructions and incorporation plans General administrative support (e.g. ordering office supplies, etc.) Staff deployment and holiday planning as well as managing the time economy and documentation Support for the implementation of annual security documents and inventory

You should bring this with you: Successfully completed training in commercial or technical fields or a comparable qualification with production background multiannual professional experience in operational management processes of production or similar function Knowledge of quality management, material management or production planning is advantageous. Proactive and structured operation and pronounced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Representative communication skills and organizational talent (very good written and oral German knowledge) Routinized handling of MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
