The position offers a diverse range of tasks with high visibility and direct relevance for the protection of our corporate management. Your tasks: Technical Protection & Security Concepts: Development, evaluation and further development of technical protection measures, in particular in the fields of technical protection, drone detection and protection against hybrid and digital threats

Creation of holistic safety and protection concepts for people, travel, events, objects and special corporate interests

Implementation of risk, vulnerability and demand analyses and derivation of appropriate protective measures

Creation of management briefings, decision templates, performance descriptions and security-relevant documentation

Consulting & Interface Management: Advising internal customers and stakeholders in all issues of board security and technical protection

Close cooperation with management areas, corporate and factory safety, information security, data protection, authorities and external partners

Selection, control and quality assurance of external security service providers and technology partners

Observation of safety-relevant developments and continuous development of modern protection and safety standards

Operational support & special positions: Support of protective measures for management and other defined protection persons in Germany and abroad

Technical assistance to travel, events and special locations, including location assessment and preparation

Participation in protective measures in the areas of personal, event, prototype, object and information protection

Analysis of safety-relevant clues, threats and sensitive issues as well as processing of special topics and ad hoc requests

Ideally, you will bring: Successfully completed studies in the field of safety management or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience with Bundeswehr, police, security authorities, in the corporate security environment or comparable organisations

Knowledge of security management, personal protection, technical protection, threat and risk management and the development and implementation of security concepts

Experience in creating address-oriented management documents as well as in consulting different stakeholders

Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, High Situation Consciousness and a Structured and Solution-Oriented Work

High level of integrity, discretion, sense of responsibility and professional appearance in dealing with management, protectors and external partners

Embossed communication, consulting and team skills as well as high resilience and flexibility in dynamic situations

Very good knowledge of German and English, international readiness to travel and the willingness to continue professional training
