IT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the commercial and technical support as well as optimisation and supervision of our entire basic IT infrastructure. These include local networks (LAN/WLAN) as well as client and conference room hardware. In addition, you are responsible for the operation of our real-time communication systems to ensure smooth phone use, mobile phone use and online collaboration through tools such as Webex across the team. Network infrastructure: You enter, configure and optimize our local networks (LAN, WLAN) together with our service providers. Hardware Management: You take over the budgeting, procurement, setup and maintenance of client systems (Fat Clients and Thin Clients), multifunction printers (MFPs), conference systems and mobile devices based on the product portfolio of the central IT service provider of the Sparkassen Financial Group. Real-time communication: You enter our communication channels – from IP telephony and mobile (including MDM) to online meetings platforms such as Webex. Support and Lifecycle Management: You can help the team with technical questions as a competent contact person (2nd level support) and accompany the entire life cycle of the systems described.

completed training or completed studies in the field of computer science or information technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in network administration, network management or IT infrastructure Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols, routing, switching and WLAN and ideally in telephony and communication systems Ideally knowledge in mobile device management (MDM), e.g. in the management of mobile devices and security policies Experience in the assignment and control of external service providers and in service-oriented IT operation Communication strength, service orientation and joy in team-wide cooperation Interest in developing technical topics operationally and conceptually and taking into account business and supervisory requirements
