You can participate and help to reduce barriers. You support the inclusion and integration of people into their social space. You help people to establish social contacts. You accompany leisure and employment activities. You accompany and assist the specialists in carrying out educational care. You perform tasks in basic care. You work closely with various external stakeholders (e.g. supervisors, families, doctors and therapists). You document your performance. You perform economic, organizational and administrative tasks. You are adhering to the legal framework.

You have a major degree or an equivalent level of education You have joy and empathy in the care, care and promotion of people with assistance needs. You like working on the team. You are characterized by sense of responsibility and reliability. You are motivated and willing to develop yourself personally. You're going to be empathic and esteemful with other people.

Attractive payment by collective agreement: The binding labour contract guidelines of the Diakonie Germany apply.

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
