Vulnerability Analysis: You proactively identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations and develop targeted solutions to enhance the performance of our systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: You work closely and constructively with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize user experience. What you bring along: Academic Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university. Ideally, you also possess additional certifications in software architecture. Leadership Experience: You have several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment. Interpersonal Skills: Your outstanding interpersonal skills, especially your empathy and excellent communication abilities, foster a positive team dynamic and collaboration. Personal Attributes: Your high level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and strong willingness to learn are key to managing your tasks. Technical and Methodological Expertise: You possess extensive technical and methodological expertise, reflected in a solution-oriented work approach.
