Management consultant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the management consultancy, we are looking for a strong communication personality for our Isernhagen site at the next possible time. The focus of your activity is the moderation of our benchmarking forums, the continuous exchange with our clients and the expansion of the group of participants through the acquisition of other companies. You bring people together, create space for open exchange of experiences and develop resilient relationships with medium-sized companies. You take your own responsibility for clients, projects and professional topics. You work closely with management and executives of medium-sized companies.

Your tasks

You plan, accompany and moderate benchmarking forums and ensure a structured, lively and profitable exchange among participants. You will accompany the entire specialist forum cycle – from the thematic planning and preparation to the moderation and earnings assurance to the preparation and development of next professional impulses. You are in regular personal and telephone exchange with our clients, answer their questions and develop cooperation in partnership. You are actively expanding our specialist forums and gaining further medium-sized enterprises for participation. The acquisition of new participants takes place mainly through recommendations, personal networks, existing contacts and professionally qualified discussions. You identify suitable companies, address potential new participants in a targeted manner and use the specific benefits of the specialist forums. You reliably submit existing contacts, prepare conversations and specialist forums and follow agreed next steps. You analyze business data and prepare results so that You serve as a basis for the exchange in the specialist forums and the advice of clients.

You can moderate groups safely and value-estimatingly, bring different interests together and also steer controversial discussions targetedly. You listen actively, ask the right questions and create a conversation atmosphere in which clients speak openly about their experiences and challenges. Safe appearance, pronounced moderation and conversation management skills as well as the ability to listen actively and bring together different perspectives. Interested in the acquisition and in attracting new businesses for long-term participation in our specialist forums. Completed commercial vocational training, completed studies with an economic focus or a comparable qualification. Analytical skills and a structured, reliable way of working with figures, data and facts. Team spirit, commitment and responsibility. Experiences or contacts in the food industry are advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. Your ability to work on the questions of medium-sized enterprises and communicate with their decision-makers at eye level is crucial.
