As part of our Strategic Reward team within the People Advisory Services in Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg, you will advise national and international companies on strategic management and remuneration issues. You can do a variety of tasks: Development of leadership and compensation strategies for seniors and supervisory boards as well as executives of our top international client: Development of total remuneration systems and incentive strategies for employees Investigation of the implications of remuneration systems and HR strategies, e.g. by analysis of incentive structures or evaluation of share-based compensation instruments Advising companies within the framework of transactions and IPOs, e.g. on the introduction of new compensation systems or harmonisation of existing compensation systems Creation of presentations and deliverables for our client:inside and participation in client:inside appointments and outcome presentations at the highest level of the company
Successfully completed study of economics, business management with a focus on strategy and/or Financing or mathematics Ideally, first professional experience in a consultancy or comparable activity Minimum C1 level in German and English Your mindset Agil: You think that a flexible way of thinking is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
