IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Construction and maintenance of a group-wide IT compliance framework for TISAX, NIS2 and ISO/IEC27001 Translation of requirements into concrete IT processes Definition of scopes, populations, control objects and responsibilities, e.g. for locations, systems, applications, IT services & processes Technical specification of an IT compliance platform for controlling requirements, measures, evidence, audits and rollouts Coordination of implementation with IT areas, locations, information security, data protection, legal, quality management and external auditors Planning and monitoring of readiness assessments, gap analyses, internal audits, TISAX assessments and ISO-27001 certifications Establish and maintain relevant policies, process descriptions, documentation and templates Support for the global rollout of IT compliance processes at production and sales locations

Study of (economic)informatics or business management or comparable training Understanding the systematics of management systems, control frameworks, audit logs and demonstration Ability to analyze, structure and translate complex requirements from standards, laws and customer requirements First experiences with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX/VDA ISA, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 9001 are desirable Good understanding of IT processes, application landscapes, ERP systems, infrastructure, IAM, change management and IT service management Ability to describe requirements professionally so that You can be implemented in an IT compliance platform Communication strength in handling IT, departments, management, international locations and auditors in German and English
