As a Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d), you will play a key role in shaping the security and stability of our company. You coordinate complex processes and make sure that everything goes smoothly in case of emergency. With your analytical thinking and communication strength, you are a central interface for internal teams and external partners.

You carry out extensive business impact and risk analysis and assessments at national and international level in our Group units to identify potential emergency and crisis scenarios at an early stage and to derive preventive measures. You develop and implement tailor-made business continuity, recovery and emergency management strategies and plans. You plan, coordinate and monitor effective crisis management measures, including detailed emergency and crisis simulations and continuous adaptation of the reaction plans. You design, establish, maintain and maintain the responsibility for an effective Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and a communication system for internal and external information sharing and coordination. You work closely with the management, internal departments, external partners and authorities to ensure a holistic and coordinated response in crisis situations. You sensitize and train our employees in crisis management and management. You ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and anchor them in policies, concepts and processes to protect business processes.

You have completed your studies in BWL, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Risk Management, Security Management or in a comparable field of expertise – ideally complemented by a further education on the BC/emergency manager. You have several years of professional experience in business continuity, emergency and crisis management, ideally in a comparable position in a company or consulting environment. You are familiar with risk analysis and regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI standard 200-4, ISO 22301, KRITIS); Experience with reviewing the relevant standards and best practices in crisis management is advantageous. You have experience in managing emergency and crisis situations as well as exercises and are safe to handle communication and deployment control systems. You bring good MS Office skills and experience in dealing with complex databases and AI applications. You work analytical, solution-oriented and structured, can prepare complex issues in an address-oriented manner and make trainings doactically convincing. You convince by a sovereign appearance, sense of responsibility and high personal integrity and are ready to take over up to ten multi-day trips per year.
