In this task you take over: Consultancy & Customer Experience: You fully support their own customer base with a depot volume of 100,000 to 400,000 euros and advise on the products of the GLS universe – from GLS shares and funds to complex holdings to retirement provision. You will provide a positive customer experience through case-closing advice, identify individual needs and receive further contact persons in special topics. Effect & sustainable investment: You make GLS Bank's special focus on its impact and show how customer money works socially and ecologically. You actively promote the drawing of GLS shares and advise clients on how to use their money in accordance with their values and the sustainability principles of GLS Bank. Knowledge & further development: You keep your expertise on products, markets and relevant developments up-to-date. You identify optimization potentials in the consulting and store everyday and introduce concrete solutions. In addition, you support the incorporation of new colleagues and support young people in their operations. Responsibility & Representation: You support the planning, implementation and supervision of events and trade fairs and take responsibility for the professional implementation of customer events and bank presentations. In the absence, you represent the function of (senior) employees in the branch service.

For this position, use the following: You have a completed bank-based training, ideally with at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. You provide comprehensive knowledge in standardised investment forms such as funds, holdings and pension provision products and a good understanding of economic relationships. You know the special focus of the GLS Bank and can convey the use of funds and sustainability principles authentically and convincingly. Further training, e.g. as an ECO investment consultant*in or at the Frankfurt School, is advantageous. You have experience in interdisciplinary and cross-departmental cooperation and in the planning and coordination of events and projects.
