What should you bring?

• Completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience in the industrial environment or alternatively graduated bachelor studies in the commercial sector and ideally first experiences in the industrial environment
• First experience in controlling/ accounting
• First experience in ordering
• Knowledge of SAP PS and OM desirable
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• communication strong and responsible
• very good knowledge of German and English

What do you expect?

• Creation and tracking of order requirements
• Edit audit in the form of workflows and assist colleagues in the processing of workflows
• Inquiries, changes, processing of orders
• Edit requests from colleagues and suppliers (returns, false deliveries, cancellations,...)
• Coordinate training credits with suppliers and support in the request of offers and their assignment
• Edit repair process/repair orders and support in the documentation of individual process steps
• Support in the handling of the mailbox and other requests and tasks in the daily business
