Your duties Support in administrative processes, maintenance of employee data and ensuring compliance with labour law regulations Use and care of personnel management systems such as Atoss Creation of HR Reports and Statistics Support and support in the context of operational integration management Planning and organisation of training measures, career development and talent management Support and development of personnel projects

Your profile Complete vocational training in the commercial sector with personal training Professional experience in the field of personnel Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Embossed communication and team skills as well as high social competence Self-employed and structured work High enthusiasm and interest for HR topics, as well as the motivation to shape HR areas Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
