first point of contact for building topics of our daycare centers Control of procurement processes, support of renovations, smaller structural measures and quality assurance on site Management, control and documentation of contracts, services, maintenance, repairs, utilities, etc. Processing of orders Ensure legal and contractual audit, maintenance and operator obligations as well as control of cleaning, care and safety services Implementation of supplier talks Close agreements with internal departments (Financial, Purchasing, Kita Managers)

at least 3 years of professional experience in facility management or Purchasing, ideally in the building management of a branch organization Knowledge in the process of craftsmanships desirable (e.g. house technology, electrical, wood construction, room equipment) Experience in negotiating and managing service contracts very good spelling skills and communication strength (telephone and email) very good office identifiers (in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) team- and solution-oriented operation
