We make our construction measures more efficient and use, among other things, knowledge in the context of the construction-supervisual approval procedures. For this purpose, you identify suitable construction projects, are responsible for building supervision and, if necessary, municipal communication via the submission of documents, the display of the start of construction up to the handover to the user or the user. As a central contact person, you are available for all questions regarding the construction law procedures you accompany. In addition, you coordinate the BImA-internal operations of Facility Management (FM), external authorities and customer organisations. You conduct and are responsible for the design work, monitor compliance with the requirements of building and building regulations (e.g. fire protection, species protection, neighbourhood law, soil and groundwater protection, occupational and health protection, etc.) and accompany the project-sponsored persons in the BImA main points FM. Last but not least, you will ensure that the construction projects are evaluated with a view to the development of qualities, quantities, costs and appointments and ensure that the information is provided for the building industry controlling. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

You will have a completed scientific-technical university degree (Master/University Diploma) in the fields of architecture or civil engineering. You have expertise and practical experience in the planning and implementation of large construction measures as well as the contractor's representation. You have knowledge and experience in the creation of building law, especially the building regulations of the countries, in particular the approval, release and display procedures. You have experience in the application of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works, in particular MBO, BauGB, Baunebenrechtsgebiet, RBBau, VOB/A and VOB/B, VgV, UVgO, RPW, HOAI. You have knowledge and experience in real estate management and facility management. You have secure IT application knowledge (Microsoft Office). You have knowledge of SAP or are willing to acquire it in a short time.
