Your duties

• They support the project manager (TPL) in planning and Control of the project
• They coordinate across the field and department Work packages and are central contact for the TPL
• You recognize risks early and actively work on solutions to avoid or minimize
• ensure that quality objectives are met, and create and maintain the production plan
• You rate changes, comments and claims based on defined foundations and report monthly on the current Status of work packages
• they define the conditions for external services and support quality assurance in the testing of deliveries by external partners and internal specialist departments

Our requirements

• completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering/shipbuilding or Other
• You have already gained professional experience in project management in Marine Logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Collecting documentation
• You control the methods of project & contract management and handle MS Project safe
• The creation of claims is routine for you (e.g. in SAP)
• Secure appearance and presentation techniques as well as good English and Portuguese knowledge of word and writing
