Clerk | Financial Administration Clerk (f/m/d) in the Treasurer's Office

With over 1,300 employees, the Landratsamt Konstanz is one of the largest employers in the region. Our around 30 specialist offices offer a wide range of career prospects and the opportunity to shape the district of Konstanz in a sustainable manner. The financial management in the Kämmereiamt ensures sound financial planning and sustainable management of the county. It prepares the budget, the annual accounts (including balance sheet) and accompanies the budget implementation. The financial year is analysed in the budgetary control and summarised in budget reports. In addition, the unit manages the assets of the district (investment accounting), its debts and takes over its tax obligations.

We're looking for the 14. July 2025 a specialist (w/m/d) in fulltime or part-time (50%).

Cost and performance calculation: They coordinate and organize the cost and performance calculation independently. Budgeting: They assist in drawing up the budget and coordinate the investment plans of the specialist offices. Budget version: They take over budgetary services, including advice, support and coordination with budget managers. Annual accounts: They contribute to the preparation of the annual accounts, including final accounts, provisions and value adjustments. SAP system administration: They support the authorization management for SAP KM finances and take care of the creation and maintenance of the authorization concept.

You have the career examination for the up-market non-technical administration service, the degree as an administrative specialist or a comparable degree. Alternatively, you will bring an economic or commercial study. They have knowledge in local finance (NKHR) and in business relations. They are safe in handling MS Office, ideally also with SAP R/3. Teamability, self-initiative and analytical thinking distinguish you. They work independently, structured and carefully.
