Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 80 employees

Planning and coordination of all processes in close cooperation with the shift management

Monitoring of KPIs in the envelope camp (budget, cost, result, quality and productivity) and launching corresponding improvement measures

Responsibility for the budget and results within the area

Implementation of corporate strategies in the area of responsibility and appropriate planning, implementation and optimization of processes

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Close cooperation with the executives of the adjacent departments

Vocational training: training in a logistics profession (e.g. logistics master, merchant for forwarding and logistics services, ...) alternatively a completed business studies or comparable qualifications

Professional experience in multi-layered coordination, control and control of processes in the envelope camp and in long-term budget planning

Good knowledge of English
