Customer Journey Expert Kundendaten – Business Banking (m/f/d)

To ensure that our customer data are used strategically, you develop and communicate a clear product vision as well as a sustainable product strategy for the Product Area BB Customer Data. With innovative features, you are constantly improving our operational efficiency. You are responsible for central customer data solutions for business banking initiatives and develop processes for data matching, deletion, changes and other requirements. With a view to the customer journey, you analyze and optimize all touchpoints around customer data to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. To do this, you work across segments and create synergies between private and corporate customer business, including the solution of challenges such as customer data duplicates. As Product Owner, you build and run an agile team, control sprints and answer Product Backlog as well as prioritization. Agile methods are used consistently for efficient delivery. As a Owner of Business Banking customer data, you keep compliance requirements in mind, ensure data availability and consistency, are the central contact person for data access, control data model changes and document data-related processes. You also have data governance and operation safely in your hands, define data quality metrics and establish guidelines for secure and transparent data management. With your high quality standards, you can continuously ensure data quality through testing, validations and improvements, report and analysis on product performance and support control via KPIs. In the Daily Business, you are structuring and prioritizing tasks around customer data tools, defining requirements, supported in incident management, working closely with stakeholders and driving process improvements ahead.

Study with focus on BWL or business informatics or professional experience Multiannual experience as Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in the area of Mobile Banking or Fintech Expertise and a deep understanding in the design and operational implementation of customer journeys Funded know-how in project work and (IT) process management as well as ideally in the business field of digital customer interfaces and banking products / self-services Experience in designing and implementing technical requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and understandably Holistic thinking and rapid understanding Systematic and independent working, paired with team play Innovation joy and a sense of sustainable solutions Very good knowledge of German and English
