This modelling approach was awarded by the organization HundrED 2017 as one of the most innovative educational projects in the world. Our AWO Kita dandelion in large nose is a living place where children grow up with plenty of space for creativity, co-determination and self-development. The children and their individual educational processes are at the centre of our participation skita. We are an integral part of the village community and create an environment with a dedicated team in which children, parents and professionals feel comfortable. We are particularly proud of our spacious outdoor area – indoors and outdoors are learned and lived with all senses. A colleague gets a child and therefore we need support for our great team. We are looking for a social education assistant (m/w/d) 17 to 22h/week at the closest possible time - so lets a lot of room for family, free time and friends jumping activity - thereby higher grouping and a lot of change!
