Technical expertise for the three-member grant team in the context of funding programmes Application, monitoring and accounting of state aid for urban projects in the fields of: building and technology (e.g. KfW, BAFA, BEG, school building support) Transport infrastructure (e.g. LGVFG – cycling routes, bridges) Climate protection, nature protection and flood protection

Energy consulting management We reserve the right to change the area of responsibility. The body is located in the Office of Finance. Within the framework of the project-related tasks, close cooperation with the building management office is carried out, which acts as a specialist contact person. The activity is organised across the board and is carried out in teamwork with various departments. Workstations at the Technical City Hall and the Board of Directors are planned to ensure a smooth cross-border coordination.

A completed university course or a completed technical training with corresponding further qualification and professional experience in one of the above mentioned areas of responsibility or a comparable qualification Knowledge in the areas of renovation, rebuilding or new construction is desirable Willingness to cross-border coordination of technical assistance topics Willingness to participate in a training course for the energy consultant (non-residential building, residential building & buildings with monuments)
