Tax Manager (m/f/d)

The Prettl Group is a group of Pfullingen companies active in the five segments automotive, energy, electronics, components & systems and strategic build-up.

In this responsible position, you take on the overall technical and organizational responsibility for tax issues within our group of companies with about 10,000 employees and numerous corporations in Germany and abroad. Their focus is particularly on the domestic market and on our real estate companies.

Your tasks include:

Organisation and management of the tax declaration for the operating companies and real estate companies, mainly with the involvement of external tax advisors Coordination, quality assurance and professional support of externally created tax returns Perspective: Takeover of selected, simpler tax returns in-house Responsibility for billing price topics as well as accompanying documentation Design and supervision of tax institutions, in particular with a view to optimal use of losses Active fiscal optimization and further development of the corporate tax structure with the aim of sustainable reduction of the corporate tax rate Tax support of M&A activities and restructuring in cooperation with internal departments and external consultants Support and coordination of tax audits Contact persons for management and departments in all major tax issues

Successfully filed tax advisor exams Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in the medium-sized environment (tax consultancy or industry) Funded knowledge in German corporate tax law, please supplemented by basic knowledge in international tax law Experience in cooperation with external tax consultants and auditors Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication capability and safe occurrence against internal and external contact persons Regional unity or Willingness to work in Baden-Württemberg is desirable
