For our Commercial Excellence Intelligence & Analytics team within the Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH we are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst(x|w|m) at the Göttingen site with the possibility to work remotely regularly. In this role you support various initiatives in the field of Commercial Data & Analytics. You provide key figures for sales and customer performance as well as forecasts and analyses that drive business growth and efficiency. Please apply exclusively in English Conducting cross-functional commercial analytics initiatives with direct influence on sales performance, customer loyalty and strategy You act as an experienced analytic partner for commercial management, including translation of strategic issues into clear analytical procedures Conception, standardization and scaling of commercial analytics products such as dashboards, models and decision tools across regions Definition and responsibility for advanced KPIs and performance frameworks with a clear focus on business relevance and comparability Close cooperation with sales, marketing, finance and IT to define analytic priorities and to ensure a targeted implementation Control scalable data models and analytic architectures in cooperation with data engineering and platform teams Identification and implementation of analytic applications to improve pipeline transparency, opportunity management and sales performance Processing of complex data to predictable, implementable recommendations that significantly influence commercial decisions and their implementation

Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, BWL or a related field Multiannual professional experience in the field of Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence in a complex, international organisation Detectable successes in managing powerful analytics initiatives and in cooperation with senior decision-makers Ability to independently control multiple demanding analytics projects, from problem definition to decision support at management level Found experience in the development of dashboards and analytic products for top management, ideally with Tableau Embossed practical analytics expertise, especially in Python and PySpark, combined with experience in implementing scalable solutions on modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks Very good knowledge of Salesforce.com as well as enterprise solutions such as SAP ERP are of advantage Negotiating English, other European languages are advantageous
