What tasks you expect from us:

You are the face of the Kreissparkasse Böblingen in the corporate customer area: As an active networker, you maintain close relationships with decision-makers on site, recognize market potential at an early stage and gain targeted new customer connections. They accompany and advise our key customers personally – with a vision, a sense of finger and a deep understanding of entrepreneurial challenges, successful business models and various markets. They implement the business policy objectives of the Böblingen County Savings Bank in concrete strategies for corporate customers and bear the overall responsibility for sales for companies in the region, with a focus on sustainable profitability, efficient structures and tailor-made solutions. Whether in the further development of our product and price policy, in the field of consortium, infrastructure or special financing, you will bring your expertise to the point where it creates real added value. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your area, which includes the corporate customer advisors, the team of specialist consulting and the team for the syndicated business, contractors and project financing. They promote your employees and the leaders assigned to you individually, develop their strengths in a targeted manner and create a motivating environment in which success, responsibility and trust go hand in hand. You drive innovation and change by giving impulses for new strategies, improving processes and making your area fit for the future. In addition, you are responsible for the further development of our specialist consultancy (e.g. funding, foreign business, leasing/factoring, payment, interest and currency management).

Which skills you will bring:

You have a degree in business or finance – alternatively you are Dipl. -Bank business operator or have acquired a comparable qualification. With your extensive experience in corporate customer business and consortial business as well as clear evidence of success, you are well positioned to develop challenging customer relationships. You will also bring experience in personnel management and strategic management. A qualification as a prevention representative is desirable – alternatively, we offer you the opportunity to acquire this qualification within our home. They will certainly deal with regulatory requirements. Entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation and communication strength complete your profile.
