Speaker & Consultant Psychology & Prevention (m/f/d)

You are advising and consulting our customers (m/w/d) on prevention and health promotion You are responsible for workshops, seminars and lectures on health-psychological topics such as stress management, burnout prevention, healthy leadership, dealing with mentally burdened employees and addiction prevention, etc. - both online and in presence You take care of the moderations of working circles and health circles You carry out risk assessments of mental stress and shape follow-up measures You are responsible for the design, implementation and management of projects to promote mental health at work

You have completed a Master's degree in Psychology, Business Health Management, Education or Health Sciences You have first or saddle-proof speakers and moderation experience You have first or relevant professional experiences in the field of occupational health management with the focus on promoting mental health and implementing the risk assessment of mental stress You will have additional qualifications in the field of health psychology as well as systemic advice, mediation You are characterized by the ability to work quickly and securely in cross-border work You shine with independent, independent and result-oriented work and team skills You convince by communication strength, empathy and safe occurrence towards customers and project partners (m/w/d) You have a readiness for business trips
