Our Capital Projects department is responsible for construction and investment projects throughout Germany. We provide comprehensive services in all relevant structures in the areas of construction and technical building equipment in data centers. In the context of construction measures in stock, we provide everything from one source from planning to execution.

Our core competence lies in real estate with critical infrastructure. We plan, build, build, build, maintain and modernise the technical facilities in the building – and that during operation without downtime. You plan and implement new and expansion measures for technical installations in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitation You carry out inventory and feasibility studies, develop optimization options and calculate cost-effectiveness The cost planning as well as the responsibility for budget compliance are within your task, as well as transparent project reporting. You will first set up performance directories, price levels and award proposals, and you will check the scales and invoices – including the installation of partial and final invoices with all necessary documents. You can ensure compliance with statutory requirements of building law, DIN and VDI standards and fire protection regulations. A completed study of engineering with HKLS and a comparable professional qualification form the basis You could already gain professional experience in a comparable position Facility Management, HOAI, Building Contract Law, Building Law as well as the relevant DIN and VDI standards are familiar to you You bring advanced knowledge in SAP systems, iTwo and MS Office; ideally you also have experience with common CAD and calculation programs Knowledge in project management and good business understanding are desirable Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as a class B driving licence complete your profile
