Team Leader Internal Logistics (m/f/d)

Control of day-to-day operations in internal logistics – from safe raw material delivery to timely dispatch of finished goods Organisation and further development of processes in goods receipt, material management and warehouse including structured storage regulations in internal and external areas Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in full continuous operation with predictive deployment planning and active support on the area Ensure stable and safe processes in compliance with all occupational safety, quality and legal requirements as well as consistent implementation of order and standards

Complete training and/or qualification in logistics as well as several years of experience in an operational logistics environment Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of professional employees, ideally in a fully continuous process Hands-on mentality and the willingness to actively cooperate in the operational daily business Responsibility for work security, order and compliance with internal and legal requirements Clear, binding communication and respectful handling of employees and interfaces
