At least three years of professional experience in recruiting specialists and executives in the field of technology, IT and engineering with demonstrable, sustainable successes. You have a good understanding of IT and engineering target groups, can classify different role profiles and question requirements in interviews as well as in exchange with specialist areas. Active Sourcing is your strength – you identify matching talents and inspire them with your open way for Dr. Ausbüttel. You are building your professional network continuously and strategically, engaging existing contacts and actively connecting new connections to build long-term relationships with candidates. Modern recruiting tools are targeted, understand AI-based approaches and know how technologies make your work more efficient. Excellent self-organization, pronounced communication skills and outcome orientation, as well as the ability to communicate with experts at eye level, shape your everyday work. Business or technical training or studies in the fields of BWL, psychology or IT as well as very good German skills (min. C1) complete your profile.

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from the request profile to job interviews to the commitment focusing on tech, IT and engineering opportunities. Through proactive exchange with our executives and specialist areas, you ensure precise fittings. Together with the job managers, you create requirements profiles and translate them into convincing job advertisements and search languages. Taking into account market movements, you develop target group-specific search and address strategies, select matching channels and implement them specifically. The targeted identification, addressing and obtaining of suitable candidates takes place via platforms such as LinkedIn, specialist networks, communities and other relevant channels. Networking is yours – you actively build a talent pool of highly qualified technology, IT and engineering professionals and executives, matching our individual requirements and needs.
