Head of Finance and Controlling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for financial accounting and controlling, including nursing You ensure the timely and proper creation of the monthly accounts and the annual accounts and communicate with auditors, tax advisors and auditors You take over the annual budget creation in close coordination with the Management Board and organize the association's risk and chance report We decided to introduce a new Fibu and Controlling software in 2026. The introduction will involve you in a project team. You develop our reporting system with the controlling team and are involved in nursing duties negotiations.

Completed economic studies / or completed commercial training with further education on the account book holder Knowledge of commercial and tax law Multiannual experience in controlling, experience in project work, (first) Industry experience in health /care/ welfare association of advantage, but not condition Analytical skills, reliability, you do not lose track, team skills and responsibility even in complex tasks Loyalty in the team, over superiors and the company Identification with the values of workers' welfare
