Structured growth and expansion of local real estate market knowledge Development of systematic acquisition and marketing strategies Acquises of residential and commercial buildings and multi-family houses Organisation and execution of visits Coordination and support of contract negotiations Advice from customers and owners from initial contact to contract conclusion

Multiannual professional experience in the distribution of residential and commercial buildings in Leipzig Complete study, with a focus on real estate or a completed commercial training desirable Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Leipzig and its own network Experience in the sale of multi-family houses and interest rates in Leipzig and the surrounding area Embossed communicative skills and a safe handling of decision-makers Proactive, structured and independent operation German language skills in word and writing
